Return Policy

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE ANY RETURN - ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION 

• Products that have been in clinical use cannot be returned for credit.
• All pharmaceuticals are non-returnable.
• All returns require prior authorization. Contact ANCHOR Medical Customer service for a RA#
• The RA# must appear clearly on the exterior of the package being returned or it may be rejected and returned to the sender.
• Packages received without prior authorization are not the responsibility of ANCHOR Medical.  ANCHOR Medical reserves the right to dispose of such packages and their contents 30 days after receipt with no obligation to the sender.
• The sender is responsible for proper packaging and for all costs for return shipment to ANCHOR Medical.
• At ANCHOR Medical's discretion, new unopened products may be returned for credit (less shipping charges and up to a 25% restocking fee may apply) under a Return Authorization number within 30 days of date of original invoice.
